Church Revitalization

Prayer is critical to elevating the effectiveness and impact of your church. So is your openness to change. Church Revitalization is not about changing your core beliefs and values. It is about being willing to change church programs, ministries and practices in order to reach people you are not reaching—particularly the next generation.

Effective church revitalization focuses on the long-term goal of building a lasting, multi-generational church. That is why, as is covered in detail in the book For a New Generation: A Practical Guide for Revitalizing Your Church, it is wise to create a Change Roadmap that includes five change leadership principles - Adopt a New Mindset, Identify the Essentials, Reduce the Distractions, Elevate Your Standards and Build a Mentoring Culture.
